About Us

   What We Do For You

The Expert Knowledge Network supports both live and prerecorded video content.  Our clients, business consultants and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), can produce their own live broadcasts or participate in our “Knowledge Networking Events” which are workshops that feature subject matter experts in industry segments providing real world teaching in their field.  These workshops bring communities of experts together in venues that allow them to monetize their expertise and establish their own personal brand as an expert in their industry.  Our clients can upload their own prerecorded content and even host their own live events broadcasted through their own portal inside The Expert Knowledge Network branded distribution portal.  We offer special services for video production, content creation, marketing services and live broadcasting.  We also have special venues available for hosting live events that ensure the reliability and quality of your live broadcast.

   Our Vision

Our vision is to provide the means for real world experts to communicate this expertise to those “Life Long Learners” who need this information.  This is achieved by creating a network of subject matter experts and offering all the services of a digital media publishing house in the twenty-first century including both live and on-demand broadband video.  As the pace of technology continues to accelerate, there is a growing need to stay plugged into this rapidly evolving knowledge base.  The days when all knowledge was transferred through educational institutions are long gone.  As we move into the twenty-first century it is clear that the disconnects between the academic world and the real world of business and technology continues to grow.  The Expert Knowledge Network seeks to capture and deliver real world knowledge directly from the experts who create that knowledge to the knowledge workers who need it.  We also seek to facilitate the transfer of knowledge between the real world and the academic world, increasing the flow of ideas both to and from the academic world and we strive to help improve the processes of certification and accreditation so that knowledge can flow back into the real world in a trusted form.

   Our Mission

The Expert Knowledge Network provides subject matter experts with the means to deliver and monetize their content as part of a larger knowledge network of subject matter content under a single branded network that also supports the branding of individuals, firms and organizations with specialized expertise.  The Expert Knowledge Network seeks to facilitate the growth and evolution of knowledge in the real world by giving subject matter experts easy access to a delivery system that can deliver their content through a worldwide digital media platform.  We offer subject matter experts an effective way to monetize their content, extend their reach and build their reputation.  The Expert Knowledge Network offers users a comprehensive real world knowledge base presenting trusted expertise through a portal that provides easy access to the information they need.  The Expert Knowledge Network is a premium marketplace of ideas for those invested in the trade of information and we give our experts all the tools of a complete digital media publishing house enabling them to create content in any combination of media necessary to fulfill their needs.

We also have our own premier pool of consultants.  The Expert Knowledge Network consultants have been reviewed by us and meet our requirements in terms of their own expertise.  We represent The Expert Knowledge Network consultants and help you get connected to the experts you need through a simple needs analysis process that assures you that you will find the right expert for the right project.  If you are looking for an expert please contact us for an initial free analysis.  If you are an expert in a particular field and wish to join our team of premier consultants please register at the Expert Entrance and send us an email.

   Experience

Our management team has a unique combination of experience that gave birth to our vision for creating more powerful ways to capture real world knowledge and help subject matter experts connect and collaborate within their professional communities.  Collectively we have extensive experience as subject matter experts ourselves.  Moreover, we have experience with both organizing other consultants and creating workshops and other live events.  We also have extensive experience with creating content in every format, including video production and rich media.  Our experience in broadband communications fueled the underlying vision for The Expert Knowledge Network.  Together, we have brought together the expertise required to create and support our vision for helping other experts create and monetize their expertise.   Read more about our management team to see how well they complement each other and bring real world experience to bear on the way we fulfill our mission to serve our clients needs.

Our experience includes the total experience of the consultants with which we work, literally hundreds of years of experience and growing. More particularly, we have acquired extensive experience in creating and delivering workshops. We have now joined forces with experts in digital media and interactive broadcasting so we are bringing a team of leading experts together to address the specific needs of our clients. Our combined expertise is unique in the marketplace and we intend to offer our clients the versatility of working with a digital publishing company that provides content creators with all the tools available for creating, delivering and monetizing content in the digital age. Our team now comprises expertise that crosses over from the business community to the academic world giving our clients next generation services in publication and broadcasting.

We have found that both the academic world and the business world have much to offer each other in terms of their own knowledge and expertise. We see the divide that separates these worlds coming down both through structural changes and changes in behavior as experts on both sides migrate between these two worlds. Companies are creating training departments that are becoming more academic in their orientation as they struggle to fulfill the needs for creative growth in their organizations and academe is being forced to act more businesslike as it faces increasing competition in a “flat world” that is connecting everyone through new communication technologies that eliminate time and distance as factors that limit the delivery of knowledge and information. The migration of expertise across the academic/business divide offers a huge positive trade off that creates a classic win-win for everyone where a typical CEO is likely to say to a University President, “You show me how to teach my employees and I will show you how to navigate in the business environment”. The bottom line is simple. Everything is changing. Our services help facilitate these changes from within, making them easy to digest.
